Read Joel 3.

16”But the LORD will be a refuge for His people.”

We are bound to face trials, hardships, and difficulties in this world. The whole world is going to want to silence us, separate us, and destroy the very thing we bring with us – that is, Jesus. We will suffer. . . But even in the face of death we can have strength and comfort in the knowledge that God is with us. God promises to not let innocent blood be unavenged.

Is there something that you feel is difficult or unfair because of your faith? Do you feel the need to seek revenge for the ways you have been treated or the things that have been done to you? Can you give those to God and trust in His plan today!
